June '06: Introducing Mono, The 3rd Degree's New Mobile Marketing Toolset

Having revolutionised the world of research with our enterprise class mobile research toolset, we thought it was time that we integrated intelligent mobile marketing into the mix. As you would expect we've created an easy to use, flexible and highly powerful toolset that fully integrates with mopinion research functioanlity. Mono makes it easy for anyone to create and manage mobile text based campaigns without the need for expensive bespoke development for each campaign.

The ethic behind creating mono is something we're very proud of. Its not just another junk spamming tool, mono is designed to handle complex and highly valuable 2-way dialogue with a customer base, so there are many features that you just won't find anywhere else.

For more information about the features of this new product release, or for a demonstration of its wide range of applications and capability, please contact us.

April '06: Version 2 now live for customer use

Version 2 is now live and supporting customer projects. There have been many improvements including some performance gains and significant functionality additions. Some of the key developments in this phase have been the inclusion of 'mobile originated', keyword triggered surveys. These surveys are still created in the same way as panel based, scheduled surveys, but are triggered for issue when a participant texts in a keyword associated with the survey. This delivers great flexibility for self selection / self completion surveys that are ideal for point of experience use, diary completion and much more.

We've also been busy extending the panel management functionality, so its now possible to import lists of contacts from CSV files and delete groups of panel members by attribute profile or upload group association. Panel cleaning functionality has also been added.

On the reporting side of things, the addition of an export to PDF option allows you to download the report page as an Adobe PDF document containing the chart images and summary information. Bad data reporting for invalid responses is another new report driven feature. This allows 'bad data' responses to be viewed and where appropriate 'corrected' so the survey can automatically continue its issue of the next question based on the corrected response.

For more information about the features of the new release, or for a demonstration of its wide range of applications and capability, please contact us.
