The 3rd degree surveying module mopionion includes a full survey designer that allows you to design and build your own surveys quickly and easily and run them in a choice of modes; SMS, WAP or web from a single, simple interface.

Survey modes can also be mixed within a study and automatic routing between different survey structures and delivery modes makes it easy to create sophisitcated multi modal studies.

No matter which delivery mode you user, routing, question delivery delays, 'cyclic questions' and 'bad data pausing' can all be incorporated into a survey making SMS surveys both sophisticated and flexible.

The designer has support for multiple choice, range and free text responses supporting full, multi-level question routing. You can also include instructional messages within the structure of a survey that require no response from the participant, even within routed surveys.

WAP and web based surveys can also incorporate rich media such as images or movies, extending the design of surveys even further.

As soon as responses are received they are processed and made available in real-time via the summary report and can be downloaded as raw data in CSV or Triple-S formats. Reports can also be exported into PDF format and downloaded automatically.

Panel management and sample group management make it easy to maintain the demographic information held for panel members and to create sophisticated, reusable sample group definitions. Surveys can be used to update or create new attribute data using attribute populating questions that automatically screen and validate the data returned.
