Overview

Mono helps you to inform, engage and entertain your customer-base through mobile messaging services without the need for bespoke applications development. You can create and manage your mobile marketing campaigns, utilising any combination of messaging, alerts and subscription channels with the easy-to-use graphical interface.

Mobile forms can be used in much the same way as a mobile survey in mopinion, to collect and validate information. This uniquely allows an automated, multi-part, two way interaction to be used to collect a set of information in much the same way that an internet or paper based form would, via SMS. Mono forms can be used to collect, store and maintain customer information such as postcode or preferences, so that information can be targeted.

Mono offers you easy to configure subscription channels, which can distribute their content to subscribers using date based scheduled delivery, or list based content. The intervals between message delivery can be configured as anything from minutes to months.

It's also possible to configure 'secure' subscription channels, which only permit users that have registered with a distributed unique code to join, following successful registration of their code number. This automatic check then restricts membership to protected channels to those with a valid registered number, without the need for the customer to resupply the information. Stored contact information can also be used to restrict registration, e.g. age data.

Contact management, provides a contact database that monitors which channels users are subscribed to, and any mono form data that has been stored. Contact attribute data can be used to create profiles or sample groups for intelligent, targeted marketing messages to be delivered.

Mono enables you to control as many or as few short and long codes as you like, handling multiple tariffs and campaigns running zero rated, mobile originated and mobile terminated charging.

Ease of Use

Mono can be used by anyone, without specialist technical knowledge. Mono allows you to manage as many or as few numbers as you like, it can even cope with shared codes. If you have a number of tariffs available, mono makes it easy for you to design your campaign mixing and matching as you go.


Channel Designer

Create subscription channels delivering ordered lists of messages or date dependant scheduled messages. Mono handles the subscription channel content and allows you to manage and update it in realtime if you need to.


SMS Multi-Question Forms

You can quickly and easily design multi question 'forms' with options for open, multiple choice and range questions that can contain routing and instructional messages using mono. Forms are triggered for delivery by a user defined unique keyword. Texting the keyword to the associated number will automatically deliver the form questions one at a time to the requesting contact, validating the responses, and automatically negotiating routing rules. Attribute populating questions can be used to store responses as contact data that can be used for future profiling for message delivery and follow-up.


Customer Feedback Box

Use the 2-way dialogue channel to provide a text based customer feedback box. Messages received form customers can be replied to individually, via auto responding messages or both. Mono also makes it easy for you to track all messages and conversational threads with individuals.


Secure Channel Registration

You can optionally restrict access to a secure channel by allowing only contacts that have registered a unique code to subscribe. Registration data is stored in mono's underlying contacts database and can be automatically checked before allowing access to a protected subscription channel.


Auto Response Messages

When you create a new channel, mono allows you to create optional, auto response messages for successful registration, opt out and failed registration.


Manage and Create your Own Keywords

If you have your own short or long number registered in mono, you can quickly and easily create and manage your own keywords. Mono allows you easily modify and delete keywords and their associated channels.


Contacts Database

Contacts sending messages to opt in channels, forms or feedback boxes are automatically added to the mono database. If attributes are collected for the contacts, these become searchable and ca be used to create profiled sample groups for intelligent targeting. The contacts database is fully extensible and you can create new attributes at any time.


Group Messaging

Issue an ad hoc or scheduled message to all of the contacts that match a specific profile definition or are subscribed to a particular channel.


Bulk Upload

Upload number lists from CSV file into the contacts database, with auto checking for duplicate contacts. Contacts can also be cleaned from the database individually or in bulk, based on attribute values or upload group.


Opting Out

The 'stop' keyword is fully supported to automatically unsubscribe customers from receiving messages so that your customers can feel confident about subscribing as they can end the dialogue at any time.
