Mono helps you to inform, engage and entertain your customer-base through mobile messaging services
without the need for bespoke applications development. You can create and manage your mobile marketing
campaigns, utilising any combination of messaging, alerts and subscription channels with the easy-to-use graphical
interface.
Mobile forms can be used in much the same way as a mobile survey in mopinion, to collect and
validate information. This uniquely allows an automated, multi-part, two way interaction to be
used to collect a set of information in much the same way that an internet or paper based form would, via SMS.
Mono forms can be used to collect, store and maintain customer information such as postcode or preferences, so that
information can be targeted.
Mono offers you easy to configure subscription channels, which can distribute their content to subscribers
using date based scheduled delivery, or list based content. The intervals between message delivery can be
configured as anything from minutes to months.
It's also possible to configure 'secure' subscription channels, which only permit users that have registered with a
distributed unique code to join, following successful registration of their code number. This automatic check then
restricts membership to protected channels to those with a valid registered number, without the need for the
customer to resupply the information. Stored contact information can also be used to restrict registration, e.g. age data.
Contact management, provides a contact database that monitors which channels users are subscribed to, and any
mono form data that has been stored. Contact attribute data can be used to create profiles or sample groups for intelligent,
targeted marketing messages to be delivered.
Mono enables you to control as many or as few short and long codes as you like, handling multiple tariffs and
campaigns running zero rated, mobile originated and mobile terminated charging.
